I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in both Wyoming, Oregon and Idaho, with nine years of experience in the mental health field. I currently offer online teletherapy with adults, teens, and their families. My therapeutic style is holistic, reality-based, experiential, and engaging. I use an integrative approach in psychotherapy, utilizing a variety of techniques to help clients achieve their goals. Much of my work is strength-based and solution-focused - meaning you are in charge of your treatment.
